I order lots of different filters from this site and have always been satisfied. Last fall (Sept 2019) I decided to order furnace filters from Discount. I received them but I still had some from a previous purchase so I used those up before getting into the box from discount filters. Finally, in July 2020 I went to use the filters and guess- what they didn't fit. I thought oh lordie there is no way after this long that Discount Filters will help me but I decided there's no harm in trying. I contacted them and was connected with a very nice customer rep. She helped me get the proper filters and sent them to me at no charge. I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the wrong filters. She said I could give them to a church, donate them to a charity, etc. So I am taking them to one of the thrift stores in hopes some one can use them. I definitely recommend this company! It was so nice doing business with someone who made this transaction so easy. So many times trying to deal with a business just elevates your blood pressure but not this time!
I like the filters. I have ordered them in the past. However, Its been awhile and I wanted to make sure I was installing it correctly, I had to reference the website for the correct way to install. I would suggest DiscountFilters included an insert that tells you how to install without having to visit the website.

Great products and great delivery service! 'Can't ask for more and have been ordering filters from DiscountFilters for many years.
My single orders filter packages arrived good. The box with six were completely damage. Thank goodness I was able to get two filters out of it. That's what I need to complete this service work order. The rest were for stock so I throw the damaged ones away. Its sad cause the filters are expensive for Merv 11.
I needed confirmation of the filter I needed. Your rep gave me the part number, and it fit just fine.
Excellent company with outstanding customer support! I ordered the wrong filters for my Aprilaire system mentioning that I should have ordered filters for a 2200. I submitted a return request expecting to get a return label then I was going to order the correct filters. I received an a email to keep the filters (donate to someone) and that the correct filters were being shipped at no charge! Unbelievable! Telling everyone I know to check the site for all their filters!

You pick out your filters and place them in your cart and at the bottom of the page it shows free shipping but you had a discount code and we go to pay all the sudden you have a shipping charge. Very deceptive. See REPLY below. As seen below they replied so when I responded to them they offered nothing, not even an excuse. They just want to look like they care.
I received the wrong product and I received the correct product in two days.

Discount Filters trys to infer that you're buying a factory original PUR replacement water filters. This cannot be further from the truth.
They are actually selling Chinese knock off water filters. They have no association with PUR. BEWARE!
They always have the filters I need. It takes about 10 days for the filters to arrive. So make sure you order well in advance as to when you need the filters.
Gret filters, very inexpensive and a perfect fit. I fully trust that these quality filters and they are just as good as OEM.
Filters arrived in a timely fashion; they do the job of the more expensive brand name perfectly. This is a re-order for me and I will continue ordering from this site.
